Shipping Policy

CRS Chemical Corp ships to the Maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI) from our warehouse in Saint John New Brunswick. 

Our website only accepts orders from addresses located in the Maritimes. If you are located outside of the Maritime provinces, please give us a call at 506-672-6917 or send us an email at sales@crschemicalcorp.com and we will attempt to find a custom shipping solution for you!

Standard shipping uses Armour Transport, with delivery times typically 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Free In-Store Pick Up

Pick up is available at our showroom located at 40 Ashburn Lake Road, Unit 14, Saint John NB E2J 5E2.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination postal code. Free shipping applies to most orders over $199, within most urban areas. Remote locations, including certain rural codes will incur higher shipping charges due to carrier surcharges. 

Extra Fees for Remote Areas/Oversize Items
We reserve the right to charge extra shipping fees for remote locations, oversized items, or if carrier quotes increase post-checkout. Customers will be notified via phone or email with the adjusted total and can then confirm if they would like to continue with the additional charges before shipment. Extra fees for remote areas also applies to a shipment that would have otherwise been "free shipping" if not due to the remote location. 

Processing and Tracking
Orders process within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays). Tracking emails send automatically once handed to the carrier. We cannot control and are not responsible for delays due to weather, or carrier issues.

Return Policy

Our return policy is simple, we're not happy until you're happy! If a product isn't to your satisfaction, simply return the unused portion and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Reach out to us at sales@crschemicalcorp.com and we'll make it right. Please note that customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
